Chander, AZ is a city in Maricopa County and is named after Dr. Alexander John Chandler, the first veterinary surgeon in Arizona Territory. By 1900 he had acquired 18,000 acres of land and began drawing up plans for a townsite on what was then known as the Chandler Ranch. The townsite office opened on May 16th of 1912.

Trane Heat Pump - 131st Street, Chandler, AZ
Our customer called us out because their 12-year old AC system was not keeping up during the late afternoon the other day. Upon inspection, we found the air conditioner was operating but had some issues. We found that the indoor blower motor had a slight bearing play causing the blower wheel to wobble when spinning. The contactor was burnt and pitted, as well as the indoor coil had a buildup of debris and dust. The dual capacitor for the compressor was below tolerance. Due to the system’s age, current condition, the cost of repairs, the lack of warranty, and the overall unreliability, the customer agreed to move forward with a 2-stage option heat pump. To ensure efficiency we gave the unit a new stand and an insulated elbow, a new disconnect and a new Honeywell programmable thermostat. To protect efficient air flow (to reduce wear and tear on the system) we sealed all the connections and performed a complete start up and QCA test. Like all of the systems we install, this system meets manufacturer installation requirements and has a manufacturer warranty - This system has a 10 year parts and 12 year compressor warranty. Trane Heat Pump Installation - S Pecan Grove Cir., Tempe, AZ
We installed a new Trane 3-ton split heat pump for our customer. The air handler was installed with a safety switch, a modified duct work for the new unit, and sealed all duct work at the unit. The condenser was installed with a new disconnect, whip, and surge protector. We did a complete start up and QCA. The system met all specs and will provide indoor air comfort for our customer for years to come. Of course, this heat pump includes a 10 years parts, 10 years compressor, and 2 years labor warranties for peace of mind.

Trane Heat Pump Installation - N. Ash Drive, Chandler, AZ
We were called to instal a 3.5-ton trane heat pump, including a modified supply ductwork and insulated floor under unit with duct liner. A safety switch was installed and we cleared the drain line. Surge protector was also installed. Sealed all connections. Complete start up and QCA were achieved. We’re happy that our customer is very satisfied. A 10-years parts, 10-years compressor, and 2-years labor warranties were all included with this unit.

Double Daikin Heat Pumps Install - S Patricio Cir, Mesa, AZ
During routine maintenance, we discovered that the customer’s kitchen side system has corroded in the recoil. The coil has signs of failure. Highly recommend updating system before refrigerant. Leak gets any worse. Customer decided to replace both systems in their home. We installed 2, 3-ton Daikin fit side discharge variable speed heat pumps. New full size pan, new insulated plenums, new p traps with safety switches, and new disconnects with whips and moved over the surge protectors. New Daikin one thermostats. Capped the gas lines and switched out the breakers. Complete start up and QCA achieved. With proper maintenance, customer will have a comfortable home for years to come! These new systems are covered by 10 years parts, 12 years compressor, and 2 years labor warranties.

Trane Heat Pump Install - N Central Drive, Chandler, AZ
Customer stated that system was not cooling efficiently. During the hottest parts of the day system would struggle to keep temperature. system is also not producing proper airflow. System is low on refrigerant. Customer approved removing and thoroughly deep cleaning blower wheel and housing. Customer is interested in receiving a no-cost consultation on evaluating ductwork and upgrading system. We installed a new Trane 15 Seer 2-Stage Package Heat Pump, with a new stand and elbow. Also replaced both return and supply mixing boxes, installed new collars and dampers into mixing boxes, strapped up ductwork for a more direct air flow. Ran new thermostat wiring from thermostat to unit on the roof. The system is running to the manufacturer's specifications. Customer was very happy with their new system. To top it off, the system is covered by a 10 year parts warranty, 10 year compressor warranty, and 2 year parts warranty.

Our AC went out while out at work and came home to a hot house! We originally called someone who had previously come out to inspect our AC unit...but felt that they were not trustworthy and had horrible service. We quickly did research on other companies with 24/7 service and found John's Refrigeration. They answered our first phone call (hard to get anywhere else) and came out as quick as possible; upon arrival they got to work right away quickly found the problem, and quoted something COMPLETELY different and LESS expensive than the previous company and had everything fixed within a short period of time! Tyler was very trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable! We will ONLY go through John's Refrigeration in the future!
The service was so quick (within an hour of my call) and fixed within two hours. Chris was very efficient! He was also very polite. We have been very satisfied with John's Refrigeration for years.

I was going to end using John's Refrigeration because of past service, I found myself not happy with being unsure about honest service anymore, it was the honest service of your company and its reputation that had me recommending you to everyone. Today was the last service appointment of my annual maintenance agreement for the year and Tyler OQuinn Is the technician that was sent, I found him to be very knowledgeable and honest in the service given. It was his service that made me change my mind in knowing that I was with the right air conditioning company. I will continue recommending John's Refrigeration.
Tyler came to service my A/C today, and I must say he was so courteous and helpful. I explained what my concern was - and he found the problem and fixed it! He was prompt, did the job quickly and also was very careful about not tracking on my floors! I hope he comes next time I need A/C service!
