Tyler came promptly and got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem but because it was after five he wasn't able to get the part until Saturday morning. He apparently got to the store as soon as it opened quickly got things working. He is polite and clean with his work. He explained our options clearly. We appreciate his professionalism.

Impressed at the determination to get to the root cause our AC issues. Found a number of issues right off the bat, but then put in extra effort to track down a very small leak in the coils that could have been easily overlooked. Also found and solved problem that would cause blower to stay on (heat strip and AC running at same time).
