I think John's Refrigeration does a good job. Their tech's are generally coureous, very respectful, clean, & knowledgeable. Like with any other company, they sometimes confuse things in trying to 'up-sell' parts and accessories you may not need. Sometimes this can confuse what you 'really' need in the way of repairs - but the information about what they 'can' offer, is also generally helpful.
