TRANE HEAT PUMP SOUTH PORTLAND, MESA AZ
This customer reached out to us seeking a new HVAC system for their home. We were happy to install a new Trane 16 Seer 2 Stage Heat Pump with a Variable Speed Air Handler. We also installed new trapeze for the air handler, a new full size emergency drain pan, a new return plenum box, and a new collar for the return duct. Since the customer did not have a secondary drain line, we installed a new condensate drain line safety switch into the primary drain line and the emergency drain pan. We made sure to seal all connections and penetrations at the air handler and ran a new wire for the thermostat for the correct amount of wires needed for the second stage. We also ran a new wire for the condenser for the correct amount of wires needed for the second stage as well. We were able to re-use the customer’s current thermostat and we installed a new electrical disconnect with a whip and surge protector for the new condenser outside. Our customer was able to take advantage of an SRP Rebate for their new Multi Stage System. As with every job, we provided an Money-Back Guarantee for the first year of its performance.

TRANE HEAT PUMP - EAST MINTON STREET, MESA AZ
This customer has been our maintenance customer for a while and we were ecstatic to serve them again when they cashed in a mail advertisement for a $50 off coupon upon any heating or cooling service. Our customer chose to use that coupon on a new Trane 17 Seer Variable Speed Horizontal Gas Split System, which we were more than happy to install for our customer, complete with a new swing and a new full length emergency drain pan. We installed a new safety switch on the primary drain, new return and supply plenums, and we made sure the supply ductwork has dampers for manual air flow adjustments. We replaced the gas shut off switch and the flu exhaust. Their outdoor unit was installed on a new reinforced pad to reduce vibration and sound, complete with a new disconnect, whip, and surge protector. The new split system came with a Trane link thermostat and a Trane link communication system. Before we left the home, we ran a QCA start up test. After one of my two A/C units died during a 100* day in Phoenix, I called John's Refrigeration and they set me up with an appointment 3 hours later. Ivan showed up right on time, found the cause within 5 minutes and replaced the part, not only in the unit that had stopped working but also in the second unit, since the same part was not performing up to standards. Both were still under warranty. Then Ivan offered to clean and replace my two ceiling filters (the reusable types) so that saved me the time and hassle of dragging out the ladder, etc. He did a great job! I've used John's refrigeration for nearly 30 years - it is a highly responsive and reliable company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. PS: This is only the second time I've ever reviewed a company on line - it takes amazing service to get me to "speak up".

Great Service As Usual
The installation crew was very professional and experienced. The access was through the house and they were very careful and cleaned up nicely afterwards. My only complaint was a lack of confirmation of the crews arrival time beforehand.
The technician, Tyler, was very knowledgeable and professional. He clearly answered any questions I asked, and was very friendly.
