Taylor was my technician and he took the time to explain (and re-explain) all of our options to maximize efficiencies for our two air units during our annual spring "check up". He was very complete and knowledgeable and there was no high pressure sales techniques - just options based on mechanical findings during inspection. I will continue to use this company for all my air conditioning needs for our home.
