I have always had top notch service with Johns, and today was yet anoher one of my experiences. I have three dogs who love to see what the deal is when someone comes, so I appreciated that Ivan was a dog owner and understood how to interact with my crew. We got a new Trane XL824 Unit in April. They came out and checked everything, hook up a new compressor Saver and ECM Protector. Because my wife and I just bought new I-7 Cell phones (ungraded) we lost Nexia APP and Brian worked with us to get it connected again. Fantastic...
