No Breakdown Guarantee:

After completing an Inspection & Safety Check or Tune-Up & Cleaning (and any recommended repairs), your system will remain breakdown free for 6 months or we will come back and diagnose the problem during regular business hours for FREE!

2-Year Extended Done-Right Guarantee*

We guarantee residential repairs for active Peak Performance Club Members for a period of two years. If a repair or part fails during the guarantee period, your inspections are up to date, and you completed all recommended repairs at the time of service, we will come back during regular business hours to address the issue for FREE. In the event, Membership is not active or inspections are not up to date, the guarantee will revert back to our standard 1-year Done Right Guarantee.

*Guarantee work performed after hours will incur additional charges. Guarantee on refrigerant leaks covered for the location of the original repair. The guarantee does not include refrigerant loss, drain hoses, failure due to lack of maintenance, compressors, variable speed motors, heat exchangers, filters, coils, obsolete parts, animal damage, or acts of God.
