Tyler was the technician that arrived ant took care of business quickly and professionally. Brain, his supervisor also stopped by and said hello and accompanied Tyler into my attic area. I have a maint. plan so the check up on my heating system carried no extra charge. Otherwise, labor and parts costs seem to be on the high side.
I have always received great service from John's. I have the annual maintenance plan and I get two visits a year included. They clean and check and keep my unit in top shape. I highly recommend every one having the maintenance plan.
